Saturated and unsaturated Salt-Standards
SAL-F (unsaturated)
The brand new SAL-F calibration salt standards were developed to meet customer demand for faster calibration capabilities. Especially at-line, time is a key and verification or calibration of a water activity meter should be done as fast as possible. Novasina has therefore maximized the speed of this task. The unsaturated salt solutions in combination with a aluminum insert and a fleece disk allows the fastest possible calibration or verification with a +/-0.003aw accuracy. Done by a real measurement means no predictor, no calculation of end value, no modelling. Fully compliant with ISO, AOAC, FDA and USP standards.

Therefore, this standards are suitable where time is not critical like in quality control laboratories.
